This service includes:
- Troubleshoot 1 computer using specialized tools
- Repair any operating system issues (boot issues, blue
screens, etc.)
- Remove all viruses, spyware, malware, and rootkits on the
computer
- Apply all operating system critical updates
- Perform computer optimization
- Test operating system for proper functionality
- Provide an estimate for hardware repair(s) or upgrade(s)
needed to provide a complete solution
- Install 1 hardware device (memory, hard drive, optical
drive, internal card, MP3 player, scanner, printer, etc.)
- Install any included software that is ncessary for
functionality on 1 computer
- Configure the hardware device to your preferences
- Test hardware device for proper functionality
Note - The following are not
included with this service:
- Restoration/recovery of disc(s) or operating system disc(s)
- Installation of an operating system on hard drive installs
There is no limit on the amount of memory that can be installed
for this service on 1 single PC. This service includes labor
only.
